He holds a strong academic foundation in economics from the University of Hanover and St. Petersburg. Viktor's leadership embodies our core philosophy: focusing on what truly counts to deliver tangible, lasting results. Beyond his professional dedication, Viktor's commitment to growth extends to his free time, where he enjoys playing soccer and mentoring young people.
